The winner of Employee of the Month for November was Amanda Wilkinson. Amanda is a super secretary and the department just wouldn’t function without her.
She works for both John Knight and Laura Simpson but also helps Hayley Taylor, Richard Harwood and anybody else that requires it without moaning and always with a smile. She frequently works through her lunch hour and works late carrying out extra tasks for anybody who needs help. She is always extremely professional when talking to clients, the other side, barristers, medical experts etc.
Amanda worked extra hard when Caryl Yendell was on holiday and coped with four full time fee earners, she truly deserves the recognition. Since joining us (again) she’s been a superstar - working for two very busy fee earners (sometimes three); organizing one partner, working late and re-arranging childcare when necessary; doing old admin and getting on really well with everyone in the Dept.
