Outstanding praise for two Personal Injury Lawyers at Ringrose Law on £15,000 settlement

“Excellent, Excellent. You could not have wished for two better advisors, very friendly and made you feel at ease immediately, more than a credit to the company. I would most certainly recommend Ringrose Law anytime.”

Hayley Taylor and Richard Harwood successfully rescued their client’s claim from the client’s insurance panel solicitor and obtained a £15,000 settlement for the client.

The client and his wife were involved in a severe road traffic accident requiring the use of the Lincolnshire Air Ambulance. The accident occurred when the other party pulled out of a minor road straight across our client’s path, as they traveled at 70mph on a dual carriageway.

The client’s insurer, on being advised of the accident, immediately referred the client to their panel solicitor based 100 miles away from the client who commenced the claim and in 18 months had made little progress with it. The panel solicitor had failed to secure an admission of liability from the other party’s insurers and despite the client’s fairly serious injuries had only obtained a short and incomplete General Practitioners report.

Richard Harwood and Hayley Taylor at Ringrose Law were approached by the client and agreed to take over the conduct of the claim on a no win no fee basis following a face to face discussion with the client, This was the first time our client had physically seen a lawyer in relation to the accident claim.

Working successfully as a team the pair quickly obtained 3 further medical reports from an Orthopaedic Consultant, a Consultant Psychologist and a Consultant ENT Surgeon.

Court proceedings were issued against the other party on account of their insurers’ failure to deal with the claim and shortly thereafter a £15,000 settlement was negotiated for the client - an excellent result.
