Hayley Taylor, Legal Executive (Graduate) has successfully negotiated a settlement in the sum of £20,000 for an accident victim client. Hayley‘s client was at work carrying out his normal duties when he stepped up as a good samaritan and attempted to assist a police officer in the pursuit of a suspect. Suddenly he tripped over a large pavement defect suffering a nasty injury to his wrist making him unable to work.
